Qi Quang 13 exercises of  World Yongnion Ferderation

1.  Long Life Man Relaxing Shoulders

      Rotate the shoulder front and bac

2. Clever Tortoise looking at the moon

      Lift the shoulder and pull down the head (like a turtle) to close the arms

      and  heel up               

3. Inside Out Cloud and Rain

      Stretch your hands and roll the wrist inside and out

4. .Hold the Heaven and Stand

      Splash both hands and push downward

5. Mandarin Duck Swimming

      Just before one leg, just as the two hands are moving forward and back

6. Fairy Scattering the Flowers

      Hold the two hands up and lift the heel and stand for 20 seconds then

      hand    down fast

7. Left and Right Wheel

      Keep one hand in front of a leg and roll the arm from the front to the     

      other side

 8. Wind Rolling the Willow

       Roll  hands and touch the front of the chest and the back spinal

 9. Phoenix Spreading their wings  

       Raise both hands up and down in the shape of the cross

10. Phoenix spreading their wings left and right  

       Splash both hands and   paint like +                                                  

11. Upside Down pulling the holy bow

       Sit down the knees and sit up  and sit down

12. Stork Dancing 

       Lift one leg and rotate left to right

13. Black Dragon Hovering around it tail       

       Put both hands in the back and shake the hip front and left, right and                  

       Back.
